Which knife do you need?

8" Chef Knife — the everyday workhorse

The most versatile format in the range for chopping, slicing, dicing, herbs, larger fruit and vegetables, and general preparation of boneless meat and poultry.

5" Utility Knife — controlled mid-size preparation

A more compact format for fruit, smaller vegetables, trimming, sandwiches, smaller boneless cuts and quick preparation.

3.5" Paring Knife — precision and close control

Designed for peeling, trimming, garnishing, removing stems and detailed work with small fruit and vegetables.

One knife, a set or a setup?

One knife: start with the 8" Chef Knife if you want one versatile tool for most preparation.

Essentials Set: Chef, Utility and Paring — the three formats at the heart of everyday preparation.

5-Piece Knife Set: adds Santoku and Bread Knife formats for a broader range of preparation tasks.

Preparation Setup: combines knives with selected boards, storage or edge-care products to build a more complete system.

Whichever knife you choose, care matters

  • Hand wash only and dry immediately.
  • Use wood or suitable plastic cutting surfaces.
  • Do not cut bones, frozen food or other very hard items with standard kitchen knives.
  • Store the blade safely and maintain the edge with an appropriate method.
