"Refund Policy"

We have a 14-day return policy after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only if the knife set arrives damaged or defective. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Once the issue is reported and approved, our courier will collect the item from your address, and we will:

  • Send a replacement automatically in case of an exchange.

  • Process a refund to the original payment method in case of a return.

Please make sure the knives are unused and in their original sealed packaging at the time of pickup. The customer provides return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
