Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only if the knife set arrives damaged or defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Once the issue is reported and approved, our courier will collect the item from your address, and we will:

  • Send a replacement automatically in case of an exchange
  • Process a refund to the original payment method in case of a return

Please make sure the knives are unused and in their original sealed packaging at the time of pickup.
